– How long do i have to book my event?
Depending on the type of event, location and service.

– How are the payment methods?
We accept Cash or Company cheques depending on the type of event.

– Is there any deposit in order to book my event?
Yes and No, depending on the service booked.

– What if I would like to change the date of my event or add a service?
If any changes please call us as soon as possible if there is any availability for the date or service.

– What is required for the live animal shows?
Our animal shows are only performed indoor with no other animal present.

– What if there is bad weather on the day of my event?
Depending on the service booked for your event we call our clients prior to the booking hour if there will be any cancelations.

– Does Magical World Entertainment have insurance?
Magical World Entertainment is fully insured.
